The star of this post is my left ear. Anybody still with me? Hang in there! I know it sounds obscure but I can promise you it isn't. Okay well it is a bit, but it's all for a good reason.I picked up one of those earrings in the Topshop half price sale that has an ear cuff attached (I can't link so I guess the one I got is sold out but they still have quite a few lovely ones in the sale). To me they look quite daunting but I've always been intrigued, and seen as I was hauling like a mofo it ended up being one of the things I picked up. But oh, my. It is one of the most amazing accessories that I've ever worn. It's so simple but it helped transform my whole face and outfit into a particular look (I thought it was very POTC chic but my housemate wouldn't stop calling me Boy George). I'm usually quite conscious of having my ears out but I was tucking my hair behind my ear left, right and center when I was wearing this little beauty.So hear it is, my new fave accessory, just a word of warning, don't touch it too much if you have fat ears like me, because it does get a bit sore after a couple of hours wear and a few nudges.
I'm not at all sure why I'm channeling a Simpson here, apologies for crap camera qual!
